Our lovingly restored Classic Victorian home offers you old world charm with new world comfort and surroundings. We are situated on a quiet street between vibrant Queen and King St W in downtown Toronto. Nestled in an area comparable to New York’s Greenwich village, we are surrounded by the Arts, Entertainment and Fashion Districts with numerous independent galleries, eclectic shops and trendy cafes. We are walking distance or a short transit ride to all of Toronto's major attractions, shopping, theatres, museums and universities. 24-hour transit lines are steps away. This area is a walker's paradise.

Available for rental are two large furnished suites with private washroom and four spacious double rooms with shared washrooms.

The Suites come with queen-sized bed and a sofa-bed, and can accommodate 3-4 persons.
The Rooms have a full/queen-sized bed and can sleep up to 2 persons. All units have cable TV, air-conditioning/heating, telephone, free wireless internet and coffee/tea maker. Most rooms have view of CN Tower.

All rooms have access to a kitchen, dining room and laundry facilities.

Rooms and Suites may be rented out individually or as multiple units. The whole house is also available for rental for large number of guests at special rates.

In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Bookings are confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
Payment balance and security deposit of $200 are due upon arrival.
Deposits are fully refundable with 30 days or more of cancellation notice minus $25 admin fee.
Deposits with less than 30 days notice are refundable if we receive a replacement booking.
$200 security deposit will be 100% refunded to you at the end of your stay provided that there is nothing damaged.
